My Mam Sadie died at the young age of 53. She was born and bred in Stranraer Scotland and came from a large family...the Allisons who still live there today. Mam moved to Newcastle and raised the family here...she made Newcastle her home but always loved returning to her hometown of Stranraer. Mam took bad in january 1980 and was diagnosed with chronic obstructive airways disease and a month or so later with cervical cancer which was to take her life in October 1980. Mam had to struggle in life but always got by...she would help anyone and had lots of friends in the Cowgate area of Newcastle...she loved a drop of Bells or Mckinlays whisky too !!! Mam was loved by all her family and now has our Sue and Marion up there too xxx please light a candle to celebrate mams life xxx
